HKSC is situated in Central with an excellent work environment and super supportive staff!
Must be an HKID card holder and willing to work early morning and evening shifts.

The Position:
Full-time Customer Service Specialist / Admin Support at HKSC. (5-day work)
Creating an amazing first impression of the clinic by providing a warm welcome, and pleasant manner at all times
Offer top-notch customer service experience to all clients of the clinic
Providing detailed information on various services we are offering
General reception/front desk duties, data entry
Administrative support
Ensuring that adequate stocks, business cards, and leaflets are available
Taking money for services and products and accurately accounting for transactions at the end of each shift
Handling telephone / WhatsApp enquiries and replying to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner

Experience & Skills:
Relevant industry experience preferred
Proficiency in English and basic Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus!
Good computer skills, particularly with Mindbody
Self-motivated and responsible
Immediately available is highly preferred
Tech-savvy, particularly with Mindbody software
Social Media & Marketing and
A passion for fitness is preferred
