Secretary / Assistant Secretary (2-year contract) [Hong Kong S.A.R.]

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the team
  • Organize and participate in meetings, and assist in post-meeting follow up
  • Perform any administrative duties assigned by supervisor
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience required:

  • F.5 or DSE, with recognised secretarial qualifications is preferable
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience for the position of Secretary and at least 2 years of relevant experience for the position of Assistant Secretary. Experience gained from construction / engineering industry will be an advantage
  • Proactive, mature, detail-minded coupled with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fresh university graduates will also be considered
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
