This role provides support and actively search on improvement potential on processes for Tesla’s Charging programs in Hong Kong and Macau. The ideal candidate will work tirelessly to find solutions, have impeccable interpersonal skills, easily adapt to external factors and internal guidance, managing multiple projects at a given time. The responsibilities of this position may change over time—this role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the projects and the organization.
l Plans, organizes, monitors, and oversee the day-to-day processes and operations of the local charging programs

l Work closely with external vendors, build and maintain vendor relationships and manage performance KPI to align with business needs
l Create insights for, and continuously streamline processes with critical influence for costs and efficiency improvements
l Implement and adapt working tools to help manage elements of team activities and workflow
l Initiate improvement initiatives, align with key stakeholders and deliver according to plan
l Collaborate with other business functions on ad-hoc projects
l Organization skills: relevant project and vendor management experience, dealing with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
l Ability to anticipate challenges and solve before they become costly to correct
l Ability to function autonomously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
l Excellent skills to communicate effectively to a wide range of individuals.
l Highly proficient with Office 365, data crunching, reporting and productivity tools
l English and Chinese language fluency, both writing and speaking.
